6 months ago I was at best getting 4 clients a week average, I cleaned 3 mornings per week and didn’t really advertise but thought that everyone would tell everyone else that I am amazing and they would come flocking. I recently opened my salon in March 2015. I was nervous and worryied about how to keep these clients coming through my door. I always advertise a lot on Facebook but wasnt sure on what else to do. I began receiving Hollie’s emails and can’t thank her enough! I followed her advice and set up feedback forms in reception which to my surprise everyone has been filling in. I then posted the comments on Facebook. This encouraged more people to message for prices of treatments. I now send out thank you cards to clients who gave the best feedback or clients who have not been in for a while. I also do email marketing which has helped as well. Following her steps has meant I have achieved so much in few months and I am truly grateful of her help.
