Around three years ago I was at a marketing seminar in a very posh London hotel.

Back in the dark old days I was actually a bit scared of sending emails.

Sounds silly, doesn't it?
  • I thought that if I emailed people any more regularly than once per month then they'd get mad at me!
  • I was worried that people would complain or unsubscribe.
